Covid-19 support phone numbers vary by city, town, or village in your area. This support number is your local Hokenjo.

There may some Hokenjo with Japanese only service. Additionally, each prefecture has its own “Association for International Relations.” This may be an avenue worth trying to get support if you have language challenges. If this is the case, please contact your embassy for specific guidance.
